Kids Ceramics: Hand Building for Grades 3-6

 

Session dates: (6 week) April 30-June 4

When: Thursdays, 3:45-5:15pm

Grades: Grades 3-6

Cost: Members $200.00 / Non-members $220.00 (PLUS $25.00 materials fee)

Join Emily and discover the rich history and techniques of hand-built ceramics, an art dating back thousands of years. Using pinch, coil, slab, and dapping methods, you'll create unique functional and decorative objects while exploring traditional and modern approaches to clay!  Learn to shape, texture, and glaze your work, with all materials and firings included! Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike! Max 8 attendees.
