Date: August 26-30, Monday-Friday

Time: Full day camp : 9am-3pm

Grades 1-5

Cost: Members $525.00 ; Non-members $580.00 (includes all supplies)

Emily Bider (Art/Accessories) ; afternoon session 12-3pm ; Tuesday & Thursday

Embark on a fantastical journey into the realms of imagination with our Fantasy, Mythical and Magical Camp. Throughout the week, campers will unleash their creativity with paintings of imaginary worlds, drawings of fantasy characters, and sculptures of magical creatures. Participants will also make their own theatrical jewelry and accessories inspired by the enchanting elements of fantasy. The group will work together on a Mythical Gods & Goddess fable incorporating the set, accessories, music, and costumes designed throughout the week. Morning Session M-F: Magical Creations 

Explore fantasy and mythical worlds through art! Campers will create paintings, drawings, and sculptures inspired by dragons, princesses, wizards, and fairy tales.

Afternoon Session T/TH: Theatrical Jewelry & Accessories

Design and craft magical jewelry and accessories using a variety of materials. Create mystical amulets, royal crowns, and fantasy props.

Afternoon Session M/W/F: Mythical Gods & Goddesses Theater  

Develop a superhuman character or embody a Greek/Roman deity, write a one-act fable, and design sets, music, and costumes. End the week with a recorded Zoom performance to share with family and friends.

Important Notes:

• All campers need to bring a snack, lunch, and water bottle for each day of camp (ALL items must be NUT-FREE)

• Students will not spend time outside / off premises but small breaks and lunch will be spent inside RTA under faculty/staff supervision

• Lunch break will be scheduled from 11:30-12:00 pm
